SE: How will you balance lvl 50-x when the expansion is out? This due to the fact that most people will run around with iLvl 100 gear once the expansion is out. Will we simply not have to gear until next cap or will iLvl 100+ gear drop lvl 50-x quests?

We been wating for a long a while and for some us who been around from the 1.0 days. Are wondering when are we going to get back or be able to play as our favaroite classess. Are we going to be getting new jobs or classses?

Will be be able to alter the appearance of our retainers without releasing them and starting over from lvl 1? (EX: change the hair style, hair color, face paint)

1) Previously you have mentioned the release of Crystal Tower turn 2. Whats the gear item level received from drops from the dungeon and will this dungeon also be a 24 man raid?

2) I assume there will be a weekly lockout like there was in Crystal tower 1 how will the times of sand and new unidientfied allagan tome drop rates work in the new Crystal tower?

3) You have mentioned a long time back about Free Companies being able to build and use an airship in the basement of the FC house. Can you tell us more about what benefits or uses they will have for the free company as well as when will they be released?

4) A while ago we received the Chocobo body costume for an achievement reward. It was mentioned that in the future we will be able to attain the head piece to match the body costume. How is the progress of this? Will we be able to get this soon? How will will it be achieved through fate, event, or new achievement?

5) With the addition of the new jobs and races will there be new lands and cities / dungeons to explore with these? Will this be part of the first expansion pack and if so will there be a level cap increase at this time?

6) With the first expansion when it is released will there be any incentives or benefits such as mounts, minions, extra storage space for example if you purchase the hard copy of the expansion instead of the digital download version?? If so what may they be? Also is there any projected time frame/date on when the first official expansion will be released?
