Right now Rank IV materia has a very high value due to demand for pvp armors/crafted armors while not being easily obtainable. This has also created an adverse effect of reducing the value of crafted battle gear due to the considerable gil investment required for materia.
Do you have any plans to increase the rate of obtaining rank IV materia from converting gear/other sources?
Our friendlist and blacklist is 200 which I already think is low because my blacklist is filled with rmt and I had to delete a lot already.
Our FC has a capacity of 512 but the Linkshell is only 128
Since we can only have 1 FC our choice for being in chat with friends we make in the game is Linkshell and the capacity is just too low.
When will this be increased?
Are there any plans to add more repeatable group (8 man) content where players of different caliber/gear levels can play together without the stress/worry of inexperience ruining fun?
I would love to have some sort of battle arena in the upcoming Gold(en?) Saucer, but I'd also want some solo-challenges in there. Is it possible to go FFVII-style, one on one (or many) against some difficult mobs?
A bit similar is the Brawlers Guild in World of Warcraft.

Will we ever see tail armour again? 1.0's heavy darklight covered a miqo'tes tail, whereas 2.0's doesn't.
I would like to see my tail protected again!

Why haven't we seen any "New Elite Spells" or even Customization of Spells strengths that we can earn or buy for mythology, soldiery tomestones or via special quest-lines? Also allowing us to perhaps upgrade the strength of our spell? Especially when you MP is much higher. The The Spell strength of some of our higher level spells need to be upgraded - like Flare, Fire 3, Blizzard 3 are not giving nearly that much DMG!? I have never seen Flare do more than 900 DMG EVER. Fire 3 does more DMG than that at times. Doesn't this seem rather odd considering Flare consumes all of your MP. It seems like it should do A LOT MORE DAMAGE if it uses "THAT MUCH MP" RIGHT!?
White mages - Holy spell is very weak. I dont understand how White Mages go through so much just to earn IT & then it is a huge let down. I mean considering its history - "In Final Fantasy the spell that saves worlds" this version is sadly underpowered & lack.

Can we expect to see some in game prizes won for each server like last time at this event this year too? perhaps something with some interesting stats? OR maybe a couple of Whorls and packs of Tomestones for our collection? Maybe a nice nifty Tidal wave spell for us to use ?

I am wondering are we going to finally see some real equipment for Magic users that boosts our HP & Defense etc so we dont die instantly in REAL battles - we are usually the first ones to die because we have to stop & cast which makes us easy targets. It is highly unfair that we cant even take one or 2 hits . Don't dare say Tank's take all the damage because most big boss battles that simply is not true & anyone who plays this game these days knows this. We see Black mages & healers die fairly commonly the only reason healers may survive a little longer is they have better defense spells and can heal themselves. We everyday magic users can't do that. We get hit by any sort of halfway serious damage more than once we are done. Usually the healers are focused on the tanks & themselves & the other melee's in the battle - we mages are always last to be healed. So where is the balance? Why do the Tanks have all the hp all the attack & all the defense and we get shafted every which way?
