Anyone else think the cooldown on it is too long. Conjurers seem already very lack luster when it comes to leveling and the cooldown on this could be reduced to 15 seconds possibly.

I think the cooldown time should be tripled.
Seems ok to me. If it was only 15s nothing could ever hit you, you'd just keep blasting it away.
I think it's fine how it is. The cooldown at its current state allows you to use it about every other encounter, once every encounter for mobs with more HP.

It isn't a skill that it used in dungeons except under rare circumstances.
You don't really need it while soloing and once you have your battle chocobo the root part of the spell calls them off.
The only time I ever use it is when I am too lazy to joust AOEs.
Not sure why anyone really cares about the cooldowns timer.
I think it will be interesting if change it from single target to clone or AoE ^^
