Rather than trying to penalize other people for popping your queue and backing out because they don't want you, the correct course of action would be to simply make it easier for them to actually do what they're trying to do. If they want to pvp a specific set of friends, they should be allowed to. If they ONLY want to queue for in progress runs, they should be able to. The idea that you all seem to have that involves some vile tank simply queueing and unqueueing and getting off on your endless suffering and therefore needs to be punished is a little ridiculous.
