How do PLDs generate more hate?

My static just cleared turn 8 last week and as a Monk, multiple times I come dangerously close to ripping hate off the solo tank on Dreadnaught so I have a couple questions:
1. Is there a super duper opener combo like Kitru's opener for warrior but for paladin?
2. How do PLDs generate more threat than the usual keep Fight or Flight for dreadnaught and spamming Rage of Halone combo?
I play paladin but I don't claim to know the ins and outs of that job as my main tank has always been warrior. My static main tank is i100 with the Tidal Wave Shamshir and last week my monk was i99 with the Weathered Glanzfaust, now i100. I'm kinda afraid I might kill other people at this rate. :/

Is it possible he missed the combo or maybe didn't unload RoH right off the bat? If the usual FoF>preloaded-RoH>SW followed by RoH combo spam doesn't hold it I'm at a loss. Could it be that DPS aggro is creeping up to the enmity adjustments they made? Would have to see what other people are experiencing.

Step 1:
Watch the little white aggro bar next to your name
Step 2:
If the bar gets to high, switch to Avatar and let the other 4 dps kill the dread

Seriously though, if the tank doesn't get a perfect snap pull where they can immediately put RoH combo on the dread then aggro can be an issue, especially on the dread that spawns before brain jack where the tank only has about 4-5 GCDs of aggro abilities to drop on. I tend to watch the aggro bars as tank while brain jacked and holler if a dps gets dangerously high.

Yeah I started to go through another full rotation after dread spawn to let the tank have some breather to pop CD/hold aggro. Was just wondering if there's a better way so we can have the dread down faster and cleaner run in general. I do watch my aggro bar but it was our first time beating turn 8 and I'm calling shots most of the time so it can get distracting. xD Whiskey, he's at 505 accuracy without food so with food, he should have been fine. We didn't notice him missing rage of halone or even savage blade.

At the risk of pointing out the obvious, are you sure he's using Shield Oath when switching to Dreads?

Nope. There isn't. About the only thing I can tell you not to do for a PLD is to not burn FoF until after you Shield Lob. The PLD rotation is 3 GCDs and FoF lasts 12. By activating FoF for your Shield Lob, you're taking away the FoF buff on your 4th RoH.

There's very little one can do to increase enmity generation if they're already spamming RoH combo and using FoF, CoS, and SW on CD. If they're doing so and still having enmity problems, your only solution is asking your DPS to throttle themselves (generally best accomplished by having them wait 30 secs or so to use their CDs).

Per above, I was gonna ask, if you also see them using Circle of Scorn and Spirits Within.

Also just for the fun of it, tossing that Potion of Strength and even maybe a Poison bottle, can't ever hurt, judiciously applied.

When I tank T8 Dread,
here is my Opener, Dread spawn > Provoke(Dread spawn outside of Shield Lob range, leaving Provoke the only option for me.) > 2x Shield Lob > RoH combo, Ideally Once spawn Dread, it should be kill within 8 GCD once it arrive at the Tank.

once I complete my first RoH rotation, I usually so far ahead in agro that dread will die before any DPS get agro. my team usually wait until Dread walk to my location (usually after 2x Lob) then burn it. (our team take about 17-20 sec to kill dread.)
I don't use FoF on dread. so far, never have issued with Agro yet.

the only way I lose agro on dread is the healer do benedict, medica 2 or BLM use proc on dread before I can do my combo.

@ Nate - I didn't necessarily mean accuracy miss but a combo miss. Happens to me sometimes where I go to hit savage or RoH (or War equal) and the combo just isn't there, which screws up the whole rotation. Shield lob wouldn't let you keep the combo though anyways, so I guess pre-loaded RoH would be tricky.

Yea something like that.. I'm never quite sure if it's me or the game honestly, we've all hit 1-2-3 a million times, you'd think it would be hard to screw up.. But it does happen lol
