Stacking crit is kind of a thing for bards too (procs an ability in the same way), but in our case, the High allagan weapon is the one that doesn't have crit...
The Gerolt weapon does though... I guess in the bard's case the extra weapon damage of the high allagan might make up for it, but it's enough to consider not using "the best weapon in the game atm"... :/ At worst, for bards, the High Allagan weapon just looks better but isn't much of a upgrade since crit is so important.

Still, seeing how what our scholar has to deal with, I think having the easier to get weapon have the best stats is probably the better thing.

In any case with HA Bow you still can pass the 500 crit threshold for BRDs. The DPS between the HA Bow and the Rosenbogen is rather significant (2 WD).
