Blacklist capacity

Please consider removing the max number of users that can be blacklisted. I'm now 200/200 with all but a few being RMT. In the past 10 minutes alone, I had to blacklist 3 RMT users. I've gone through and removed the "deleted" characters and even had to remove someone that likes to abuse the shout feature just so I wasn't getting spammed with RMT tells.

delete the RMT, its going to happen no matter what
if they spam you a lot, can enter /busy mode
my general tab has shouts/yell removed, its on a separate tab if i want to see them

I could just use a "Remove All" option for the blacklist, vs. mashing "Remove -> Yes" 200 times.

The RMT accounts are all throw-aways, whether they got deleted or not, so there's no real reason to keep any of them blacklisted for more than a week.

I'd love seperate blacklists, one for bad players and one for rmt. And that way, if SE cared, they could look at people's "suspected RMT lists" they could treat that as a report of suspected RMT.

I think they should separate the blacklists like that and make the RMT one auto-delete the oldest entries whenever it needs more room, so we don't have to periodically go delete a bunch of them manually. (Separating that out from the one holding players we simply don't like would enable the later to be kept in our blacklist and not purge out like the old RMT entries.)

You can clear out the blacklists after an update/maintenance when they reported the RMT statistics.
