Healer that get aggro, is different, if he gets aggro because its job, help him. If he gets aggro because he will cure2 you when you just had 1 hp off, well, it is same as the dps. If they done that on mistake, next mobs they will be more careful, if instead is a continue pull of mobs, it means they doing that on purpose, or because their armor ilvl is 200 but them understanding of aggro mechanics is ilvl 0. But cases, you safe to ignore them at all and make your job.
This sounds harsh, but it's fair I think. I'm not saying every dps / healer should be punished for not understanding their part in enmity control, but this will simply give them the opportunity to learn by experience. Also, it's not fair for every tank to be expected to be exceptional at keeping enmity just because quite a lot of them do happen to be. Tanks are pressured to perform beyond what should be necessary and this results in less people willing to take up the tank role.

EDIT: That said, it's just more fun to play to the very best of your ability. As a healer, if people are requiring more heals than they "should" do, I couldn't bring myself to just let them die when I know I can pull something off :/
