Why does everyone blame the tank?

Brayflox? Seems a pattern is forming here. No stories till I got here.

Pelican Boss. Tanking way. Doing my best to avoid the cone and grabing the adds as I am able. Not paying attention to my HP's next thing I know I am dead. As I lay there in my own blood wondering what happend the Healer said "I just knew this would not be a smooth run" then promply left the instance. I asked the 2 DD's what happened (I try to learn from the mistakes I make) and one of them said. "you died".

I guess once again it must have been the tanks fault

My first 3 dungeons as sch were brayflox and I've tanked it a billion times, never had a problem keeping tanks alive with the exception of the final boss, which was usually if they couldn't properly dodge his breath.

That healer was bad and should feel bad.
