Just to put an input on the SCH side. all the dungeons bellow haukke can be solo healed by Eos. a sch might need to throw a physick or two, but generally that can happen and is no biggie (if he is a good scholar he will manually set some abilities to go off at boss fights as well)

reminds me when we runned halatali when i was leveling my blm and i had to heal cause healer removed all gear and replaced it for lvl 5 gear and was healing for 31 hp.

Using bane shows how bad most tanks are. You bane then watch the circles quickly turn yellow, orange then red. Because the crappy tank barely put hate on the mobs he's not focused on.

Understood, but, well maybe because I'm such a low level just about to go into Brayflox for the first time. I never pulled more than one mob at a time, maybe that changes in the higher level dungeons. But if pulling multiple mobs and it turns into a melee I can see why aggro would be lost. Better get my dancing shoes.
