Every time I either enter or leave an instance, or log out of the game and in again (say, changing character), any Support Desk issue I've raised and closed in the last hour or so is re-opened and I receive another prompt to examine the GM team's reply and close the issue again.
This is.. not a critical issue, but it is an annoying one. It's already awkward to report RMT spammers given the slightly unintuitive and unresponsive Support Desk interface, but having to dismiss the alerts about the standard, read-it-a-hundred-times-before GM team response over and over again in the same play session makes the process almost maddening. And that's setting aside the fact that the Support Desk interface will often fail to load the response list and thus require further closing and re-opening before the prompt can be dismissed.
Eventually, half an hour to an hour after the first attempt to close the support issue, the server finally gets the idea and stops prompting me to look at the reply I've closed several times already.

- Submit query to Support Desk (used 'Report Harrassment' on account of unwanted /tells from RMT spammers)
- Await standard response from Game Master Team
- View response and select 'Close' to close the issue
- Enter or leave an instance, or log in and out. Receive another intrusive prompt from the game about the supposed-to-have-been-closed Issue having received an answer, Support reply icon beside Clock flashing.
- Repeat issue closure process several times until server eventually gets the message and stops un-closing the issue with every instance transition/login.
