Suggested Changes to Roulette, Challenge Log, and Loot System

1) Change it so "Need" is not tied to the class you queue as, rather you can select a class when you queue so that you are able to "Need" loot for only that class (ex: you can queue as a tank but instead of being able to "Need" tank gear, you can "Need" MNK gear).

But do it that the player who is in the duty as the role in need still get priority.

Example:
Role in Need : Tank
WAR who selected tank for need gear
MNK who selected tank for need gear
The WAR get the tank gear

Role in Need : DPS
WAR who selected DPS for need gear
MNK who selected DPS for need gear

The MNK get the DPS gear
