It breaks my heart whenever I get home from work and do totorak or tam tara for a level 40 character.not to mention all skills locked..

That would literally defeat the purpose of the low level roulette.
At the very least if you could go in as a class and retain your cross class it'd be far less painful..
I completely disagree however there should be something that would have prevented me from going to Stone Vigil as a MAR like an idiot.
I'd prefer to have the roulettes split. Thousand Maws and Manor would be the dividing point.
Good chance no one would do the lower of the two roulettes if they did that. I've been getting level appropriate dungeons a lot lately leveling alt classes. Even been getting Hests close to my class's level.
The whole point of the Low Level Roulette, and the entire Duty Roulette system as a whole, is to dramatically decrease the wait times of dungeons for people running the content for quests. Prior to Roulette, the wait times for most content was annoyingly long, even for Tanks, because everyone was grinding Wandering Palace and Amdapour Keep. Ain't nobody had time fo low level dungeon grinding. Then Roulettes came and, suddenly, queue times got much, much faster.
Segregating Job/Class seems utterly silly and defeating of the purpose of Duty Roulette. If you don't care for it, you can just run dungeons of your own level, FATE-grind, Leve-grind, or whatever else you like. Roulette is just one of many leveling options.
Hell, I hate running CM when running Main Scenario Roulette because it's normally filled with farmers who rage and openly insult and harass newcomers, but I do it anyway because that's the dungeon that I got in the roulette.
You guys call it utterly silly. A lot of us call it 'not wanting to have even less skills than the Class going into the dungoun would have if we unequipped our soul crystal.'
At the very least, I wish they would take RIFT's approach and let us change between our Job and our Class, but I imagine that would be hard to put in (And a risk with troll-scholars going Arcanist and then not healing 'because they're a dps'... Rift had this problem, too, with people que'ing support and then g oing DPS because of faster que times.)
At the risk of sounding logical, you can switch the slots of your cross classed skills to focus on the priority. The closer to slot 1 they are the earlier you earn them, with a new slot added every 10 levels. And if necessary you can always change skills when you aren't mid fight, though of course this triggers the long cool down and can be a bit annoying for some things.
Well for example, a DRG cannot have raging strikes anymore.. stuff like that. Also there's half the allowance, and yes, that loading time.At the risk of sounding logical, you can switch the slots of your cross classed skills to focus on the priority.
