Doesn't matter. Since SE doesn't want to release an official damage tracker, people will just use whatever 3rd party tracker available and single out players based on that data. I don't see how a 3rd party damage tracker will do less damage than an official one. At least for the official one, the numbers are reliable. Either way, people are going to be singled out. If you're bad and choose to stay bad, nothing will prevent you from being singled out. If you wish to improve, damage trackers are a great way to help.

Pretty much anyone advocating the "parsers = harassment" want the bads to stay bad. There's no other argument for it.
