I say add a score card that you can pull up/look at at the end of the raid like DCUO. On this thread i have read how people say it will create abuse to other players, but lets think about this for a second. There are many threads on the forums talking about bad players and bad DPS, this may be the solution to make players better in the long run. If a player becomes competitive on his damage output you will see a lot of success in raids.
