Don't know why people keep making these threads. Yes, parsers can give feedback as to why bad players are playing bad, but it doesn't matter. They'll feel singled out and SE doesn't want players singled out for any reason. Just find a group of players that are good and play with them. Exclude the bad players from your group, maybe they'll catch on that they need to improve when they can't see the newer content.

....or maybe SE will nerf fights for them.

Either way you won't have to deal with them.
