Under the current policy my policy (though I don't pf much, it's been months since I've had to do this) is to disband and reform with the bad player excluded. He never gets any feedback on why he gets removed from groups, because we are not allowed to tell. This is much better right?

Also when someone talks about optimal play without numbers I just nod my head slowly and say suuuure. Like in the real world, a hypothesis is proven with hard evidence not an argument. If you don't parse you are not a min maxer, don't pretend to be one.
