    Is it possible to place the gardening patches on the newly purchased plot without ...

    Is it possible to place the gardening patches on the newly purchased plot without house being built first?

    Has anyone tested this? Basically - can you start gardening on the "empty" plot? (indeed owning the actual plot, not "squatting" unsold plots )

    Yeah - I've found out myself yesterday evening after purchasing the Medium size plot ... now I need to scavenge another mill to purchase the permit.
