Will Chocobo raising be similar to FFXI, where you would give the chocobo a daily/weekly schedule so that it can raise certain attributes like running speed, strength, evasion, etc?

Will we be able to use the Chocobo we raised ourselves as a Companion, so that we can have a Tank, DPS and Healer Chocobo Companion?
