Some of the richer free companies have been buying multiple houses, even in the same ward, at the expense of smaller FCs, who are now left waiting for new wards in order to get a house. Are you planning to address this issue by not allowing multiple FC house purchases (at least not in the same ward/area?)? Why were FCs allowed multiple purchases in the first place?

There is a rumor of "marriage housing". What are the plans with that? Will we have an opportunity to share housing with your spouse? or is that strictly role play options? I'm curious because my real life husband and I plan on getting married in game. It would be cheaper to save money to buy a large house together than to get our own separate ones.

What ever happened to "Airship building" that was strongly hinted for FC housing? What is the status? What was it to begin with?

How will you enter the Private Room? Will it be something you can select outside/inside/both? How will you join your friend/FC member's room with multiple rooms to choose from that you may have access to?

Will Housing Design get Any QoL Improvements (e.g. display angle-degree)?

Will having particular items on display in our personal room provide buffs to the player? For example a piece of furniture that increases exp granted.
