    It's not hard to carry players through the majority of duties, synced or not. It's a matter of difficulty curve in the dungeons themselves that causes this problem, and the fact that basically everything pre-Titan it's entirely possible you won't know how much you suck until you are suddenly wiped.

    False. 2-3 levels of difference has extremely minimal on the ability to handle aggro - but player skill will have a huge impact. I've barely had issues maintaining aggro when going into a dungeon at minimal level and slightly undergeared; and I can say about 75-90% of the times I have lost aggro has been due to two DPS going all out on separate targets instead of focusing one, which frankly will be a problem for any tank to face (albeit not an insurmountable one). The tanks I have seen have serious aggro issues have far greater issues with a just general lack of understanding of their role and the tools they have.

    This problem is exasperated in level 50 dungeons to a very real thing, however - I was having to seriously dumb down my rotation to not steal aggro from my fresh-50 tank friend during WP/AK when I went in as my i93 Monk self. But that's a massive gear difference, and a case for iLvl sync in level 50 content, not the 2-3 level difference between minimal level and level synced.
    High level synced complaining about those duties too much easy, here get served little more difficulty ;
    2-3 levels doesn't make things any more difficult. Generally speaking, it just makes them slower. The dungeons were entirely designed to be handled reasonably at the level they allow entry at. This is, again, more a case for iLvl sync in level 50 content rather than adjusting low level duties.
