Party Roulette Feature: Can we get some more info before the next patch?

I read where we are getting party roulette for expert and hard mode roulettes. I want to know if we can find out if its just 4 man or can we build a 2 or 3 man and queue up for that last 1 or 2 spots and still get roulette bonus that way? Any feedback would be so appreciated.

If we can't find out right now can we get the info the next live letter? The change sounds very exciting and I can't wait to find out more about it.
