What Server to choose?

I played when it first launched suffered through the original connectivity issues etc. and took a prolonged break till now.

I don't remember how to play at all, so I want to start fresh, and am looking for a server to join.

I live in East Coast Canada so I'm looking for a populated server with lots of players in my time-zone and whom are English speaking. Legacy/new makes no difference to me.

Any suggestions would be great, also I just added that one-time password thing and change my password since adding more game time i noticed 3 characters on my account I never created :/ anything I should be concerned about?

With the PS4 launch in mid April a couple new servers were created.
The NA one is Jenova.
It is well populated and full of players still leveling up and learning the game.

I actually created a character on this server after I had hit 50 on a older, less populated, server.
Even though it probably cost me 150+ hours I'm glad I restarted.
There are a lot of console players on it though so if you are a PC you are a minority.

im on the US east coast on coeurl. Ive met a lot of players in that time zone and its usually active during the main est times. so you can try that out. gl with your search
