Could be bots

That's what I'm beginning to suspect sometimes. When tank is not only unresponsive but also above 30, no job and not using flash or overpower. Ran into a couple of these, one in haukke, another in brayflox, another in sastasha.
Also that derp marauder liked to spin the dragon around, suspecting it is programmed like that to avoid dragon breath or boss aoe but it gives the healer and dps a hard time. Either that or they were trolling us pretty hard.
And the healer and dps just want to get through their roulette / dungeon and don't want to abandon. It's like they indirectly hold the party hostage.
Something needs to be done, they could be mutating.

I had a cnj show up in Brayflox about a week ago...Brayflox HM. Yeah...

They simply doesn't know that they are expected to get a job and/or do not know how to. Have had alot of these people in Brayflox.
Learn, explore, and think for yourself. Make your choices, take actions, and let yourself be free.

^This. I see plenty of people that do not know they can unlock a job or how to do it. They also probably do not know they should do class quests every 5 levels. Had a gladiator like that in Stone Vigil last night. We still managed to complete it though (the healer was super awesome).
Unlocking a job is rare to Final Fantasy I've never seen an mmorpg have such requirements. Honestly unlock jobs don't make any sense at all. I thought they were just MORE jobs not WHERE YOU MUST GO. Lucky for me I wanted to be a paladin (I was in FFXI) so I researched and found out. I feel sorry for those who don't know and get ridiculed. That could have been me looking the idiot just luck it wasn't.

Unlocking jobs has been a recurring theme, one way or another, since the very first Final Fantasy game...Unlocking a job is rare to Final Fantasy I've never seen an mmorpg have such requirements. I had at least 3 dungeons with 40-48 Gladiators, after the first two trash pulls i usually leave because everyone has hate besides the useless tank. Of course when you try to talk them they never answer or even consider doing anything.
Unlocking jobs is not widely known, outside the scope of ff. Most used the alt route, very very few used one character for all classes/jobs. Avoid ridicule of players who may be very fresh to FF and/or fresh to MMOs, when in doubt ask politely, it's really not hard to be civil, is it?
When I was a level 32+ gla, Making my way back to town to get my job stone I queued up.
I got the that dungeon in a roulette, my gear was about the same. I personally was hoping for something lower to boost my level.
That 30-35 range anything can happen. People may have tried the level 30 quest and fell on there face and want an extra level or 2 to insure the win and the quickest way to do that is a roulette low level.

Commendations.
If I play dps I only give it out to other dps.
If I play tank I only give it out to healers.
If I play healer I only give it out to tank.
Only if they should be getting a commendation.
There are always exceptions to the rules!
