Level 50 Gathering/Challenge log issue/question/suggestion

They do count - I've just re-tested it this week to be absolutely sure and I was using CM most of the time to complete the achievments (inlucluding lvl50 nodes). It does even include the unspoiled nodes (water clusters and grade 3 soil) in Western Thanalan - I was collecting those whole this week and they all add to the achievement for Thanalan just fine so I really don't understand how are you getting difirent results? It definitelly has nothing to do with lack of HQ - otherwise you'd be unable to use crystals and shards for the achievment as well which are the most commonly use to complete the Luminaries. It was always like this btw

Uh ... we are talking about the Challenge log. Not Acheivements. And for the record:

The Gathering Storm will now count the collection of shards, carbonized matter, pigments, and timeworn maps.

^ from the patch notes. So we were right, they were not counting towards the challenge log prior to 2.28. So yay for fixing things.
