I got some achievements which I have not received the title from (some of them 1.0, some of them 2.0 as well)

For example. I don't see the title "The Exterminator" in my title list while I do have the 50.000 monsters defeated achievement, and even the 100.000 monsters defeated achievement with a Butcher's Crown to prove this.

A few other ones as well, most of them from 1.0. A festival achievement title "Wild Thing" for example. It clearly shows I've got it, yet the title does not show up in my title dropdown box.
