Maybe you haven't been paying attention to my posts - especially the first one where I, in detail, explain why it wouldn't be a good idea in the first place, but I have no ideas of what I would do as ruler of Ul'dah, because I have no desire to be ruler of Ul'dah, because I think the idea is horrible, ill-conceived, whimsical at best, not thought out at all and should never be implemented.

You put forth the idea in your original post, others, and myself have given feedback on why we think it's a bad idea and wouldn't work. You seem to be ignoring those posts and instead are focusing on new ways to spin the idea as different objections and concerns are voiced about it.

To not be ruler at all. Let ruling be part of the ffxiv's story, not your own gameplay. You can rule your linkshell if people like shepard and sheeps play.

since one did we have to create the game for the devs, we are here to give our ideas. wtf makes you think we need to have a full page tutorial on our ideas lol. he gave his idea, some will like it some will not.

the majority that don't will crap on all the parts that are irrelevant to the suggestion, he is right, if anything in the consept that u see as broken, well launch it fixed lol.

also i think the main reason anyone wouldn't like this is what u added, most people just don't want to get ruled on by another player in the game specially since they know theres a slim chance of it ever being them for whatever reason. but either way if this is the broke part then fix that, don't need to crap on him for an idea that some can find good.

I wouldn't personally enjoy or appreciate other players having that influential an impact upon my own game. Also do to the unique feature of our game being international on the same servers, it would be difficult to be fair amongst each local community.

The only person I wish to have final desicions on how the game will be, is King Yoshi.

I dont like the way this sounds at all. I dont like the idea of any other player having almost direct control over my play time.
