Adding a political system

And oh, what do you know, just like real politics, there's not actually that much difference between them and yet they can't stfu about eachother. Awesome.

That would be good, we do need more noise in the game. Better than nobody talking.

Well, if it is not possible to make the entire city yours. Maybe give the linkshell options to buy land and turn it into a city and rule that way.

The only problem I have with this system is the fact that if it was implemented I would be the leader of my server every voting cycle, even if I don't want to be. That is a lot of pressure and all I really want to do is play the game without that burden. I guess thats just the downside of having such an amazing personality.
