Ilv96 WHM considering switching from Titan to Tonberry

I am currently playing in Titan, which is a 99% JP community (I speak some Japanese but very basic). I have cleared T6 weekly & half way into T7 with JP PUG, but am considering if it would be better to switch server to Tonberry as it has a higher EN population. My time is GMT+8.

As we are considering foreigner on Titan, I preview every content before any raid to make sure we don't screw up, I joined other foreigner static for T6 before and it sickens me to see the same 1 or 2 persons still screwing up on bouquet after 3 or 4 raids, which I ended up joining JP PUG instead.

So my question is how normal it is in Tonberry to Clear T6-7 with PUG currently?
Average skill level of the players in PUG? People adapting to error and not make the same mistake given it is a experienced pt?

On the side note, any static that needs a WHM? I have busy work life thus sometimes I can only get on after 10pm GMT+8.

It's the same on Tonberry, most people regard English as the worse players of the server. But like with anything there's still good English players. There's some pugs that beat T6 here but I don't think I've ever heard of a Full-Team Pug clearing T7 ever.

The English speaking will be much more though, half the server speaks English.

Thank you for your reply. I was kinda expecting the PUG will just transform from JP to EN with the same consistency, but that clears up. I will probably wait until server merge or when SQEX gives out free server transfer to do the jump then.

Lucky to have JP teaching how to clear in English. Rarely see JP speaks any English on Titan.

We are looking for a WHM to fill up our ranks. We are in the 8+GMT timezone as well.

We raid usually 2 days on weekdays and 1 day weekend. We try to keep the days as static as possible.

We are currently T6 on FARM and currently at Archer/Magician adds phase.

We would like to trial you so that all the members click with you and vice versa.

Over the last few weeks our FC has died down a lot, FC static disband so my friend is coming with me to Tonberry.

So far our progression as below:

Smn ilv95 T7 last phase

We are in GMT+8, transfer probably be arranged within this week. Any static has a slot for us? We can play our sub if necessary but just need to gear up a bit.

What do you mean by T8 enraged thou? We need a SCH preferably with T8 clear experience but if the SCH is a good SCH and knows what to do for T8, being comfortable in it and just that he/she could not clear due to other issues, such as not enough raid DPS or other raid member's mistakes, we can consider pushing the SCH. It's not that difficult as we pushed one of our new member (WAR main, plays BLM in T8, replaced our old WAR who left the game due to work commitments) to a T8 clear within the same night we brought him in.

We are currently looking for a SCH only because our SCH is going on a long holiday. We are currently T6-T8 on farm while working on T9 (on the first 2 phases). We do not belong to the hardcore type, you can say it is fairly "casual" in a sense. Typical raid times are Monday-Thursday + Sunday @ 10pm-12am GMT +8.

I understand that you have a friend with you but as we only have one slot, we could only use a SCH. Let me know if you are keen

Yeah which is why I'd like to understand more what caused the hard enrage timer. Generally it is due to lack of DPS and/or DPS derping and dying to mechanics - just hoping that it is not due to inadequate healing (ie not topping up the homing missile guy/landmine players, causing them to die to subsequent damages)
