The thing that bothers me is that every class other than WHM can use stoneskin at those levels. At least make skills other people can use through cross-classing available.

That's a bug though as it locks your allowed cross skills under 30 because of the job crystal. That's my guess anyway.

It already feels extremely cheap to bring a Scholar to any dungeon that syncs you to under level 30. They weren't designed for Eos in mind, but a Scholar can still summon Eos.
Just put the tank on /follow and afk. That's how trivial it is.
Yes, things are based on potency, but the dungeons were designed for a certain balance. Scholar being the extreme example of breaking it, but others would also contribute more to breaking that balance if you had all your abilities.
Level synced dps with all skills + tank with no tank stance and no butcher block/ halone = tank will never be able to keep aggro. Then he gets carried by level synced healer that ends up tanking, and the tank will reach end game without learning how to tank properly.
Its not stopped em as it is now XD

Even with out having all of my skills, its still extremely easy to pull aggro off of a new tank. 3 rotations deep with the most minimal setup of skills, and I'm already at the no.1 spot. I know others have had the same problem, and it causes a lot of frustration in low level dungeons.

Can we at least keep our abilities in FATEs.
Same thing here: if a lower Fate was designed to be completed in 3 mins, keeping your abilities would make it down faster, when lower lvl ones don't even have a chocobo, and by the time they arrive, it's done, that's not helping them.
SE will put timers on Fates: still, when a lower lvl one will check where to go next, and everyone lvl 50 getting Atmas, they would still be the ones who have to pay for this.

If DPS have all skills why wouldn't tanks? Shield Oath and Defiance would be available I would imagine in this scenario.
