Elezen get leafy camouflage.

Roegadyn get a little tree branch that they hold up in front of their face and crouch and somehow this works.

Lalafell get a larger person (such as a retainer, a nearby NPC, or their intended target) that they're clinging to the back of.

Hyur get a barrel.

the very first time yoshi ever talked about the thf/nin class, or new classes at all for that matter, he mentioned that he wanted a stealth dps class, so our thf and/or nin it seems might have a invisible ability
