Book Fates Whats going on???

Whats going on here I been waiting for "Giant Steps" in Coerthas for over 2hrs and no pop!! Its not bad enough that you have to grind 1500 myth to get this book but you gotta spend half a day just waiting for 1 fate to pop!!?? Please look into this SE why not make it so I can trigger the Fate some how, maybe by participating or killing another fate that pops often or something else. Any one else having this problem? (with any fate from the books?)

i just formed a pt with people doing the same book. 3 of us would take posts at each fate spawn and call out the moment the npcs show up.

I have been waiting this one for over 2hours as well, but this one was not really bad as you can play leveQ while waiting.
I remember there were 3-5 other fate took me longer time to wait, and some of them could be done in 1min so you must camp there.
The worst one I will give "the four winds" which was the only one I needed to ask for help as it is not soloable. ^^;

Fates Spawn for books is a joke been waiting 2 days on and off for "taken" to spawn . Please sort the spawn rates out and an atma group been clearing fates in the area for a few hours now , hereos of the 2nd another rare one i seen 5 times in this time so frustrating ......................
