You should try L1 + right analogstick down to zoom out.

But yeah I agree if anything it should be an option I like to use the mouse sometimes too.

i have l1 disabled due to the fact that is the button i have set for voice chat so that option doesn't work. i do appreciate the offer though and trying to help. while running it's just easier to reach up and rotate the wheel due to me always playing near the computer.

it's just funny that in 1.0 i started using the kb/m combo, but once i switched over to controller i used it 100% of the time after and never thought about going back. with the current controller design i have caught myself playing with kb/m more and more as i do not like the current design at all with the hotbars.
