is it normal to see them at prices around 160,000? trying to do my relic quest for my whm with these prices it will take me ages to make that kind of gil. how are the prices on the other servers?

QT3 goes for between 12-38k normally on Balmung.

So... I'd say that 160k is a bit weird. Check the history - has someone recently bought out the market?

those 31-38,000 gil listings you see on your market would be replaced with prices ranging from 120,000 up to 170,000 gil on my server.

I've run into the occasional odd item spiking in price, for no apparent reason. I'd say wait a couple days, and prices usually get back to normal. Most likely before you end up saving 160k :P

Prices for quicktongue III have been wonky on Mateus for a while now, and are only getting worse. They were around 80k a month or two ago last time I needed to buy one, and I've watched them just keep on climbing for no apparent reason ever since. Don't know what to tell ya, but it sucks, and it look like it's just the way the QT prices are gonna be for a while here. It's just like the myth mats. On other servers you get 50k for Tawny Latex and 150k for everything else. Here, it's 150k for tawny latex and 250-300k for everything else.

Influx of new players? I would imagine a lot of people are hitting their relic quests right about now. That could be driving prices up.

An alternative methode is spritbonding Lv45-50 gear which you can buy cheaper on the market boards. It won't take as long as saving up 100k to outright buy it.

That is very weird indeed. At first I thought it was high cause people meld it into i90 crafted like how heaven's eye IV on my server is at 160k but then I look at i90 crafted healing gears and they mostly have spellspeed so.... I guess you'd better start spiritbinding the healer gears in the 45+ range.
