Friction has nothing to do with DoTs lol. The only thing Aerial Slash and Downburst have in common is they both do damage. I know this will fall on deaf ears, but please learn what you are talking about with mechanics before you suggests overhauls to the system.

I'll give you contagion it isn't even one of Garuda's abilities and Aerial Slash functions more like Friction. So if they want to remove Contagion they have to replace it with a modified version of Down Bursts or Mistral Song.

Why? They've already set a precedent of giving the egi moves the primal doesn't have, Garuda-egi's move set is just very loosely based on a "wind" theme.

That is strange that Garuda's moveset is based on being the Queen of Storms and being the incarnation of Wind while the Garuda Egi is loosely based on wind

In this thread you've gone from wanting Garuda-Egi to use Aero II & IV (which Garuda does not use) to saying the Egi can only use moves that the Primal uses.
Your odd insistence on a point that contradicts your opening post is baffling.

Egis should only be able to use moves that their corresponding have or fit in with the element of the Primal their the essence of. Anyways Garuda Egi using Aero II and Aero IV fits in with the theme of Garuda since she uses the wind element and is the Queen of Storms.
