I heard they included that in Patch 2.28 along with an auto-complain panel that can be set to the hotbar for healers and tanks to use on each other.

Egis should only be able to use moves that their corresponding have or fit in with the element of the Primal their the essence of. Anyways Garuda Egi using Aero II and Aero IV fits in with the theme of Garuda since she uses the wind element and is the Queen of Storms.
