At ilvl 98 w/95 wep I'm unsure if not having a duty changes it that much (usually I do towers/mines, but when I don't have to do many mines my dps usually doesn't vary much). Also upon inspecting your character, you neglected to note you have pentamelded crafted gear. Which, while ilvl 90, carries MUCH more weight than a normal 90 piece. I sincerely doubt, that without that crafted gear, a blm could reach 350 at ilvl 98, with a i95 wep.
Well. My group ask me to step tower and mine when we beat T8 first time. That time I hit 320. After a week my static beat it and I have 350 without any duty. And I have this gear(on both run) http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/MOHS. So it's pretty much like if your group don't assign you any duty. A Blm dps should add about 10-20 because the only thing they need to do is DPS. Except you got AF and need to step tower on w6 then your dps will reduce about 5-10. IMO 340 without "moving and ilv90HQ pentamelded gear" as ilv98/i95 allagan staff shouldn't be hard.Plus add 10 more for Pot+Flare+FOE and you got 350. Except your RNG hate you then 320 is avg and I can agree on this.

the highest potential dps of ALL classes requires you to never use a single macro to trigger more than 1 skill, for some people they do help, but for those it helps they will never do highest potential dps
