The whole party finder system encourages discrimination, and discrimination in this context is not a bad thing. We should freely be allowed to discriminate about who we party with - some people don't want "jerks", some people don't want bad dps, some people don't want impatient people, etc etc. If you dislike someone's standards, don't play with them.

And often you do - DPS checks are often the harshest part of this game. You could throw yourself at T8 forever only to find that someone is doing 200 DPS and as such you will never win without a miracle, for instance.

Harassment is not the same as discrimination.

Discrimination = "Please know the fight, please do good DPS"
Harassment = "lol look at that guy's gear, let's send him some obnoxious /tells"
