For your first question the percentage of people that are gonna be using for the wrong purposes extremely outweighs those that aren't. What percentage of the population of players do you think down coil within the first second and third week of its release? Those people might not receive the negative backlash from the toxic players yet with a big amount of players that aren't "playing correctly" if it's a standard those toxic players will find it justified to vent their frustration and anger on the rest. Since they will use DF they will use PF and they will not seclude themselves to special little groups where they group up with each other to yell at each other.

As for your second question it answers itself.

Yes i answered myself, and i gave you a way so we are both happy, not only you. And i am still waiting for those so called "wrong purposes" other then to say "your deeps suck". Info is GOOD. I really don't understand this whole concept where hiding stuff is considered a good thing.
Using it in DF is pointless since you can't kick and just ignore a loud mouth anyway. But no, you simply don't want to do that and now the people that want to actually step up their game have to use illigal means to see what they can improve. Some logic going on here.

these tools are getting daily used in wow and in a thing called LFR which is the biggest cesspool imaginable you barely see people flipping out unless someone is actually barely doing anything.

I say you are vastly overrating the harm people will with it.
