    Brutal Swing Stealth Buff?

    Maybe I missed it in the patch notes somewhere, but I just noticed that Brutal Swing has a potency of 100, up from the 50 it's been since release. I can't find anything about it in the patch notes, so any idea when this happened (or was it just recently)?

    It was always 100, just the dialog was wrong prior.
