Why is BLM getting a buff?

we have pretty hard smashing single target DPS also. The issue is we gotta stand still to cast.

We are the lowest dps even when standing still.

Also regarding movement, I still say this is not the/an issue, as an experienced BLM will do near to their stationary DPS even in higher movement fights.
