Why is BLM getting a buff?

This one little adjustment will fix all of BLM single target woes.

Next spell is cast without interruption from attacks or movement.
Buff duration: 6s
Cooldown: 30s

This wont help decent BLM's at all.

Movement is not the issue, raw single target dps is.

Damage during movement heavy fights is one of the things that separates a good BLM from a bad one.
