Looking to create a Free Company

I'm looking to branch out and create my own Company. However, I need people to do this with. I'm looking for anyone that plays somewhat frequently and is a generally nice person (shouldn't be hard, this game's community is great).

My Company won't restrict anyone, so long as they aren't miscreants or inactive. If you're interested, let me know!

My advice to anybody looking to lead a guild is to meet and befriend similar minded players before even considering starting a guild. Join an established guild, raid with people and get to know them. You may find you enjoy being a part of the guild and just stick with it. Leading a guild for the sake of leading a guild never ends well. The whim will pass and then you're stuck with a bunch of random people you mass recruited just to fill your numbers. It's WAY better to make friends that will help you run a guild from the get-go.

You're welcome to join Echo (my guild) and lead your own static coil raid. I have several players in need of a raid team and it would be a great place to start if you're looking to step up into a leadership position. Hit me up ingame sometime if you're interested. =)
