    Monk cross-hotbar

I've been trying to figure out how I've wanted to set up my cross-hot bar for about a month now and I've been unable to find something that suits me.

If any monks put there could take a screenshot of their cross-hot bar that would be great so I can get some ideas as to what other people use.

I dont have pics atm i'll try to upload some later on. But a good way to visualize it would be that you have your Two 1-2-3 Combos (Rear and Flank).

I personally arange it so that my Flank Combo (DK, TS, SP) is on the R2 shoulder trigger using Circle, Square and X. Then i'll put the Rear Combo (Boot, True, Demolish) on the exact same buttons except with L2 Being the trigger. I find this very easy on the Brain essentially allowing you to never look at your crossbar as its very easy to memorize.

Essentially your button presses never change when moving for positional attacks. The only thing that changes is the Trigger that you press.

The Directional Buttons i save for AOE Skills (AoD, Rockbreaker) and Off GC moves (Steel Peak). Triangle is reserved for my Internal Release/BfB macro.

Yup, I do the same thing.

And I have my every-so-often skills on the L2+R2 pop-up hotbar---stuff like Second Wind, Limit Break, AotD and Invigorate.

    Here's what I use:

I have L2+R2 set to second set L2 bar so I can switch stances and push macros (I don't macro skills on any jobs, just timing macros) and R2+L2 set to second set R2 bar so I can push buffs.
I also have a mini normal hotbar to keep track of my buffs CD on the side.
