Yellow Is the New Black - Leve

Hello, I'm stuck in this leve for my atma book (40-Yellow Is the New Black), it doesnt show in Coerthas Central Highlands - Whitebrim Front....

This is a Order of the Twin Adder leve, I'm on Maelstrom... (second Storm Lieutenant) Should I change my Grand Company to gain access to this leve??? What Am I missing?

The level giver will only display four of the available quests. Take a few, complete them, but don't turn them in. That should get the one you need to show.

In the high level zones, leves are available to all from each of the GCs. No need to change over.

You can do GC leves regardless of affiliation. There's a separate tab for each GC when you ask him about GC leves. The only difference is that you get some amount of bonus seals for doing leves for your own GC. Only 2 leves are available per GC at a time, so you may need to take one or two different ones, complete them, and not turn them in to get the one you're looking for to pop.
