all maps except for pieste skin can be solo'd, an for pieste you only really need 1 tnk 1 healer 1 dps incase you get a Chimera spawn, all the rest could be solo'd too.

Nobody? Huh. I see PF groups being set up frequently. But what I do is just grab a couple of FC mates and we head out and knock a few off pretty quickly.

A well-geared and well-played Summoner can solo almost all of the maps. It's easy to get to ilv85-90 these days, most especially for alt classes. The Chimera....don't know about that one. I *can* tell you my brother and I duoed the Chimera as me as a Lv90 SCH and him as a Lv93 PLD. It was close, but we did it.

It says they're recommended. You do not need to do them in a full party.

The only one I would want to do is pieste because it drops blue bird and I don't have that pet and having 1 tank 1 healer and 1 dps is still people I would have to find like I said I haven't been able to find anyone to do them and would want to keep doing them until the pet drops.

Well, then you have a preference...but are not lacking alternatives, bluebird aside. You could also try listing yourself in the Party Finder to get people together.
