Yellow Is the New Black - Leve

Hello, I'm stuck in this leve for my atma book (40-Yellow Is the New Black), it doesnt show in Coerthas Central Highlands - Whitebrim Front....

This is a Order of the Twin Adder leve, I'm on Maelstrom... (second Storm Lieutenant) Should I change my Grand Company to gain access to this leve??? What Am I missing?

You can still do leves from other companies, regardless of which one you belong to. It doesn't display because there's a limit on displayed quests, with rotations. You have to complete leves from that tab (Twin Adder leves) until you get the quest you need.

You already got your answer but I just want to clarify:

To get leves to "reshuffle" and get a new set you can do any guildleve, including crafting or gathering ones or leves in other zones entirely. Completing any guildleve refreshes the leve lists everywhere so you don't have to only do the Grand Company leves to get these to show.
