When at the forum top the section is just titled feedback, then the sub-section feedback and suggestions. At the top where it says english forums is just because we are on the english forums. I dunno, this is a suggestion so who knows. As long as a Dev sees it and responds I'll be happy. The one in General will be a good enough place, if any mod sees this go ahead and close it.
