Unless there's something I've been missing the community team only translates the Q&A section while Rein translated everything they said to the best of his ability

CAN WE JUST HAVE OUR OWN YOSHI P ?
CAN WE JUST TRANSLATE HIM ?
JOSHI P

This. There are a lot of little things that get omitted in translation. Camate simply answers the question in most cases, when Yoshida might sometimes go into a much lengthier explanation about things, or the guys in the Live Letter are doing chit chat about things where some of that information ends up being pretty interesting.
Either way, I saw on Reddit today that someone from Ultros might be doing it.

The Q&A part is what's most relevant to translate anyway.
Someone else will try to do full live translation for sure.

Because, it's not a sidebyside translation as you're watching the video for a better understanding of what they're saying as they are actually saying it. It's not the same thing.

Hope that person does the translations. We're losing a lot of valuable information and SE doesn't seem to care that their biggest playerbase is being ignored. I know they're lurking and wish our community team would say something instead of commenting on some of the threads they are. They had to know making Rein stop doing translations would hurt their community I can't imagine they have no plan

The thing is, if they made Reinheart's translations official... Players would go "BECAUSE THEY SAID SO" if Reinheart happens to mistranslate something (yes, it can happen). They can't allow this to happen. They rather take their time to make sure everything is correct.

How are we being ignored? The community team does like 60+ posts of translations for each live letter while it is happening. That is pretty good if you ask me better then not doing anything at all.Hope that person does the translations. Did you read my earlier reply to you? The community team only translates the Q&A or links to parts of the video telling us it's about X even though we can't understand a thing about it. When they do a three hour live letter I want more then just half an hour of it. Not to insult the team but the official translations are the absolute bare minimum.
They could make him add a disclaimer saying it's still a fan translation. There are plenty of people that have gone to work for a company and to an extent continued their pre hire activities, devolore and blizzard would be a good example. To my understanding it was him that pulled back on most of his content, but Blizzard tried working with him.
At the very least they could at least give and pay Rein to subtitle the video. That way he has time to go over it thoroughly and do proper ones instead of as they go. I really hope this is what they do tbh. We'd get actual info since to date SE has done the bare minimum to communicate with us, Rein would get paid, and there wouldn't be any because they said so. Either way SE needs to do something it's pretty uncool to do all these shows and teasers that only a portion of your base can enjoy and understand
