Will I not get an Extreme Weapon doing them for the first time?

I'm a little unsure of how the Weekly Reset works, here is how I think it works currently, please correct me if I'm way off.

1. You kill the Primals in any order after your first attempt for the weekly loot, but for your first attempt for each fight, you have to do Garuda, then Titan, then Ifrit.

2. You will get one weapon after finishing all three, you are counted as having progress for Garuda if you killed her last week, then Titan the next, so long as it's your first time at getting the achievements. Otherwise, your progress will reset each week.
Or do you have progress for them until they reset weekly but you will still only be able to receive one weapon for the week when you finish Ifrit even if Garuda and Titan were killed in a previous week?

I really don't know what the case might be since I just finished Titan for the first time and turned in the quest, can someone fill me in?

You can grab the Quest once a week, after finishing it. It does not matter how long you need for finishing one quest, so yes you can take your time and complete them in 1 month, then turn them in. then the quest will be locked until the next week. You can indeed finish them every week, but you are not forced to.

Okay good, so whenever I decide to try my hand at Ifrit EM, even if it's next week, I'll still be able to get one weapon from finishing all three even if there were gaps in-between each fight?

@ OP : You will get weapon after kill Ifrit , week no matter so no worry (same for "Primal Focus" repeatable quest) . it just kill counts 1ce per week on each Primal

When you finish the extreme quest for the first time, you will receive 3 rowena's tokens and be able to get a weapon, or the sword + shield combo. After that, you can do the quest once a week. If you start the quest, and then finish it next week, or a month later, or a year later, you will not be able to flag the quest again until the following week. But you will still always get the rewards. Hope that helps

Like the other guys said; yes. And you also do not have to kill them in that order, you could also start with Ifrit, then Titan, then Garuda. But yes, it does not matter how long it takes or when you did accept the quest. Just one thing; Lets say you grab the quest this week and finish it next week, the quest will be locked next week. So you have to sit out until next reset.
